History:
Seiichiro Inaga, born a regular human, was kidnapped at the age of 28 by a mysterious man known only as Phalynx. This scientist had spent the last few decades experimenting with combining animal fetuses with human fetuses. Inaga, however, was to be the first successful adult human experiment to be carried out by Phalynx, making him into Kamen Rider Lambda.
After Inaga escaped from the lab, Phalynx's creations, the Identeshi, were ordered to bring him back at all costs. Some Inaga had no choice but to kill, while others were convinced to join by his side before they put Inaga in a life or death situation. After he had amassed enough Identeshi friends, they banded together to defeat Phalynx and free the rest of their kind from his grasp.
Inaga had developed feelings for one of the Identeshi, Komori, a ghost bat/human hybrid. The two live in a mountainous region together, fairly far away from society as to not alarm people due to Komori's appearance.

Personality: Nobuhiro isn't super talkative, but when he is, it's making sarcastic retorts or complaining. He's always tinkering (or just fidgeting) with something or other and gets angry if people interrupts it while it's concentrated on tinkering. He is also focused on his own survival, a trait that developed because of his second demon.
History:
Nobuhiro Inoue was supposed to be a twin. However, in the process of pregnancy, he absorbed the other in utero— leading it to possess two demons inside of it.
The childhood friend of George Karizaki, they would experiment together when Nobuhiro visited George's house. Nobuhiro took to calling George "Jojo," while George called Nobuhiro "Nobui."
As the pair grew up, Nobuhiro, a natural tinkerer, often lent a hand to George in building contraptions and such. The pair eventually got hired at Fenix in order to harness the power of demons to create Kamen Riders.
After the creation of the Revice System, Nobuhiro was contacted by a mysterious messenger, who turned out to be Masumi Karizaki, George's thought-dead father. Nobuhiro immediately wanted to tell George, but the elder Karizaki implored it not to. Thus, Nobuhiro became a double agent of sorts, between Fenix and Weekend.
When George found out his father was still alive, he was furious with Nobuhiro for not telling him. The two's friendship would not be truly rekindled until after the Juuga incident.
While George was usually the one coming up with the Drivers for the Revice System, Nobuhiro began a side project in secret in order to create his own Driver. Masumi Karizaki had told it that it had the potential to transform due to the presence of another demon inside of it. This eventually led him to becoming Kamen Rider Survivor, using the Peacock Pheasant Vistamp.
Once George began his "Humanity as Kamen Riders" project, Nobuhiro decided it was time to go its own way and started a repair shop for cars and motorcycles. It is well known among Riders as a place where they can get their Drivers fixed or touched up as well.
